This Privacy Policy explains how Clash Decks handles information when you use the iPhone or iPad app, visit this informational website, or contact support. “Clash Decks,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MJD Apps as the application provider.
Privacy at a glance
- No account is required to use Clash Decks.
- Your decks, battle history, tags, favorites, notes, and preferences are stored on your device.
- We do not operate advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking inside the app.
- Apple processes purchases, while YouTube processes requests when you load video content.
- If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include in that message.
Information stored on your device
Clash Decks stores the information needed to provide its features locally. This can include saved and imported decks, deck names, favorites, custom tags, archive status, sort preferences, battle results, opponent archetypes, private battle notes, and Gold Version entitlement status.
This information is used only to show your collection, calculate on-device deck analysis and statistics, remember your preferences, and keep purchased functionality available. The app does not upload this content to an MJD Apps account or developer-operated server.
Information we do not collect through the app
Clash Decks does not ask for your name, postal address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, advertising identifier, or payment-card details. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or share your locally stored deck and battle data with data brokers.
The app does not include developer-operated analytics or tracking SDKs and does not request permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites.
Customer support
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message, such as your device model, operating-system version, screenshots, or a description of the issue. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and maintain an appropriate record of the support request.
Please do not send sensitive personal information or private battle notes when it is not necessary to resolve your question. You may ask us to delete a support conversation by emailing the address below, subject to any information we must retain for security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
YouTube videos and thumbnails
The Videos section loads thumbnails and embedded playback from YouTube. When you open that section or play a video, your device communicates directly with Google or YouTube. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address, device or browser details, request time, referrer information, and video interactions, depending on your Google account, device settings, and their policies.
MJD Apps does not control YouTube’s processing. Review the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service for more information and available privacy controls.
Clash Royale and external links
Deck buttons can open Clash Royale or a related Supercell webpage. App Store and promotional buttons can open Apple services. Once you leave Clash Decks, the destination service receives and processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your Clash Royale account information or gameplay data from those services.
Gold Version purchases
Gold Version is purchased through Apple’s StoreKit and App Store systems. Apple handles the transaction, payment method, purchase history, refunds, and restoration process. MJD Apps does not receive your payment-card details. Clash Decks receives only the transaction and entitlement information needed to verify whether Gold Version should be active and stores the resulting status on your device.
Apple’s handling of purchase and device information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and its applicable media-services terms.
Website information
This website does not include account registration, advertising trackers, or forms. Like most websites, its hosting provider may process ordinary network and server-log information—such as an IP address, requested page, browser type, and request time—to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose availability. The exact processing may depend on the hosting provider used when the site is published.
Retention and deletion
Local app information remains on your device until you delete individual decks or battle records, reset relevant app data, or remove the app. Device backups may retain app data according to your Apple and device-backup settings. Because MJD Apps does not hold a server copy of your local collection, we cannot retrieve, export, or remotely delete that content for you.
Information sent to customer support is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support history, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations.
Security
Clash Decks relies on the security protections provided by iOS and iPadOS for locally stored application data. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, Apple Account, and backups. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Clash Decks does not require a user account and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated service. Parents and guardians should supervise use of external links and YouTube, which operate under their own policies and age requirements. If you believe a child sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Your choices and rights
You can manage local information directly in the app by editing or deleting decks and battle records. You can control device backups and remove the app through Apple’s device settings. Google, YouTube, Apple, and Supercell provide their own controls for information processed by their services.
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights concerning personal information held about you. Since we do not maintain accounts or a server database of your app content, most requests will relate only to support correspondence. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of that information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, website, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or through the App Store when appropriate.
