Terms of use
The rules that apply when you use Clash Decks.

By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using Clash Decks, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store license rules.
License
MJD Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Clash Decks on Apple devices that you own or control. The app is licensed, not sold, and Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity. Do not interfere with services, circumvent purchase checks, promote cheats or account trading, reverse engineer the app where prohibited, or redistribute the software.
Your local data
You are responsible for the names, tags, and notes you enter, for protecting your device, and for maintaining any backup you need. MJD Apps cannot recover local decks or battle history because it does not keep a server copy.
Analysis and results
Deck scores, warnings, suggestions, elixir calculations, win rates, and streaks are informational. They may not reflect every balance update, matchup, card level, or player decision. No game result, trophy level, ranking, or improvement is guaranteed.
Gold Version
Gold is a non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited saved decks, subject to Apple’s entitlement rules. Apple manages price, payment, taxes, refunds, revocations, and restoration. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
External services
YouTube, Supercell, Clash Royale, and Apple services are independent. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are outside MJD Apps’ control and may change without notice.
Intellectual property and fan content
Original Clash Decks software, interface, text, and branding belong to MJD Apps or its licensors. Clash Royale, Supercell, and related assets belong to their respective owners. Clash Decks is independent, unofficial, and not endorsed by Supercell.
Availability, warranty, and liability
Features may be updated, suspended, or removed for compatibility, security, legal, or third-party reasons. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided as is and available. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the app at any time. Your license may end if you materially violate these terms. We may update the terms when the app, purchases, law, or external services change; the remaining provisions continue if one is unenforceable.
Android distribution
When the Android version becomes available, Google Play’s applicable terms will also govern its download and use. The Android release does not currently include paid Gold features.
