Terms of use

The basic terms that apply when you use Clash Decks.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Clash Decks application and related informational website. By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using Clash Decks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Application provider and Apple terms

Clash Decks is provided by MJD Apps. The app is licensed to you through the Apple App Store and is not sold. Your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store rules and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms add app-specific rules and explanations; they do not replace rights or obligations that cannot legally be changed.

MJD Apps, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content, maintenance, and support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Clash Decks except where required by applicable law or Apple’s own terms.

License and permitted use

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s usage rules, MJD Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Clash Decks on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

You may use the app for personal deck building, analysis, organization, learning, and battle tracking. You may share deck links and app-generated share text through the features provided for that purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Clash Decks or help another person do so. In particular, you may not:

Your decks, notes, and local data

You are responsible for the deck names, tags, battle notes, and other information you enter. That content is stored on your device and may be included in device backups according to your settings. You are responsible for maintaining any backup you consider necessary and for protecting access to your device.

Deleting the app, changing devices, resetting data, or losing access to a backup may result in permanent loss of locally stored information. MJD Apps cannot recover local decks or battle history because it does not maintain a server copy.

Deck analysis and battle statistics

Deck scores, warnings, strengths, suggestions, elixir calculations, win rates, and streaks are informational tools based on app logic and the information you provide. They are not official Clash Royale rankings or predictions and may not reflect balance changes, card updates, matchmaking, player skill, or every possible strategy.

You remain responsible for gameplay decisions. No specific result, trophy level, ranking, improvement, or competitive outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Gold Version and purchases

Gold Version is a non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited saved decks for the purchasing Apple Account, subject to Apple’s StoreKit entitlement rules. The price and availability shown by the App Store at the time of purchase control.

Apple processes billing, taxes, payment methods, purchase approval, refunds, revocations, and restoration. MJD Apps does not receive your payment-card details. You can use Restore Purchases in the app when signed in with the Apple Account that completed the purchase. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple and are governed by Apple’s policies and applicable law.

If Apple reports that a transaction has been refunded, revoked, expired, or is otherwise no longer active, the corresponding Gold entitlement may be removed. Consumer rights available under local law are not limited by these Terms.

External services and content

Clash Decks can display YouTube thumbnails and embedded videos, open Clash Royale or related webpages, and connect to Apple services. External services are provided independently by Google, YouTube, Supercell, Apple, and other third parties. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are outside MJD Apps’ control.

Links and curated videos are provided for convenience and do not mean that MJD Apps owns, sponsors, guarantees, or endorses all external content. Videos may be changed, restricted, removed, or made unavailable without notice.

Intellectual property

Clash Decks’ original software, interface, website design, text, and branding are owned by MJD Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the app under these Terms.

Clash Royale, Supercell, and related names, characters, artwork, and marks belong to Supercell and their respective owners. YouTube and Apple names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Unofficial fan content

Clash Decks is an independent companion utility. It is not created, sponsored, approved, or endorsed by Supercell. This material is unofficial and is not endorsed by Supercell. For more information, see Supercell’s Fan Content Policy.

Updates and availability

We may update, add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve the app, address security or compatibility issues, comply with platform requirements, or respond to changes in third-party services. We do not guarantee that every feature, video, link, card entry, or external service will remain available in every region or on every device.

You are responsible for installing available operating-system and app updates needed for compatibility. Continued access may depend on Apple, YouTube, Supercell, internet connectivity, or other systems outside our control.

Maintenance and support

We aim to keep Clash Decks working as described, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is available through the support page. Response times are not guaranteed.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clash Decks and its website are provided “as is” and “as available.” MJD Apps disclaims warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MJD Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of local data, profits, opportunities, rankings, or gameplay progress arising from use of or inability to use Clash Decks.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including to liability that cannot legally be limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Your license may terminate automatically if you materially violate these Terms or Apple’s applicable license terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as intellectual-property ownership, warranty disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when the app, purchases, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the app or App Store where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

General terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the applicable Apple license terms form the agreement governing your use of Clash Decks, subject to any mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you.
